My name is Mateo Batol. I am 23 years old and passionate about sports, specifically football and basketball. I am an ambitious individual with aspirations of breaking into the sport scene in London by any means necessary. Whether journalism, photography, management, coaching, or playing, I plan on finding a way. I am currently a Sports Management student at the University of Westminster, and I’m originally from the Big Island of Hawaii. Growing up, the world of sports in Europe, specifically the Premier League, always seemed like a fantasy, something out of my reach, and could only be viewed by a screen in the early hours of the day. But now, having the opportunity to study in London, I decided to make this blog to document my journey and my firsthand experiences of sport in London.
